Returned to IBM to lead a high-paced, three-month predictive analytics engagement for a major automotive client. I was a data science mentor to some of the new DS apprentices and worked on a high paced 3 month proof-of-value predictive analytics project for a large automotive company.

I originally started with a small company named Campus Labs in November 2016. It was merged with 2 other higher ed software companies in July 2020, thus forming Anthology, Inc.
Conducted IT consulting and rapid analytics to support government and healthcare clients, with a focus on requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment in the Washington, D.C. and Buffalo, NY areas.
Conducted statistical analysis using R to examine impact of media usage on children's mental health, leveraging regression modeling, exploratory data analysis, and multi-source data.
Tableau story exploring IPEDS degree data from 2010-2018 to investigate changes over time, level of education required, and differences in sex.
Built a model to prioritize UX team outreach by predicting follow-up likelihood from customer feedback, integrating practical teaching tools for data literacy.
Saving hours (and even days!) for our financial consultants using the power of Python scripting and tkinter.
Final deliverable for spring 2021 course: Machine Learning Models in Python. Used data from LendingClub website to predict whether borrowers would pay back their loans. Evaluated which characteristics of borrowers most influenced default.
I adore board games! I completed this project with 3 other students in spring 2021 as part of a course called Machine Learning Models in Python.
Delivered predictive models and interactive Power BI dashboard to a local food production company as part of a professional lab for my master's degree program. In the interest of keeping this client's information secure, I have provided a summary of the project and sanitized screenshots of the final Power BI dashboard that we delivered.
